Short-notice orders may require a rush fee and depend on availability. Submit your request as early as possible for the best options.
Arrival & event timing
Accurate venue access and start-time details are required. Delays or last-minute schedule changes may affect setup and service time.
Cancellations & refunds
Custom work and reserved dates require advance preparation. Payments and deposits may be nonrefundable once work or purchasing has begun.
